Life Experience: 15 years of retail experience in managing various outlets. 2 years of being a senior volunteer at Amina Muslim women resource centre. The role entailed advising and helping clients on various personal issues. Muslim Chaplin Volunteer at Yorkhill Hospital for almost a year. 2 years of experience in fundraising and event management at a national run charity - Al-Khair foundation.

Qualifications: Diploma in Accounts, Cosca, Certificate Intensive muslin Chaplaincy May 2009. Diploma in relationship counselling (in progress). In house training on bereavement and loss, domestic violence and welfare rights.

Life Experience: Numerous years of delivering training, developing marketing strategies, executing project management and fundraising experience for a diverse range of clients. Through his consultancy, Meem, Na’eem has provided training on race and religion for public, private and third sectors, and event managed major community activities such as exhibitions, street parties, gala dinners and product launches.

Qualifications: With over 20 years of experience in the Civil Service, Naeem has benefited from in-house roles and staff development. Na’eem is currently the UK Campaign Manager for Europe's largest Muslim charity - Islamic Relief.

Life Experience: 20 years in retail managing various outlets. 3 years of being part of Y.C.S.A (youth community support agency) roles involved advocacy - supporting individuals with learning disability's or learning difficulties - and drugs and alcohol - engaging with communities and striving towards preventative action.

10 years of being a volunteer with Islamic Society of Britain and young Muslims Glasgow. Duties included Radio Ramadan, Islam Awareness Week and Eid on the Drive events.

A mother of 2.

Life Experience: Naghat has experience of managing teams and projects in highly pressurised environments. Well travelled, she worked in operations and logistics for a medical and retail businesses on a national and global level requiring strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity. Currently she is active in the creative communications industry as a partner in Dezign Fanatics - a unique design agency committed to creating change through improving brand effectiveness and raising awareness of worthwhile causes.

Qualifications: BA Hons in Mathematics & Computing.

Life Experience: Currently studying to be a business teacher. Fareena has experience of organizing events for local charities and the Islamic Education Trust Cumbernauld.

Qualifications: Honours Degree in Economics from Stirling University.
